Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing speech-language support for early childhood learners in a dynamic school setting, this role centers on delivering high-quality evaluations and individualized interventions. The position is ideal for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) passionate about working with PreK age children and committed to fostering communication development in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 68 speech and language evaluations weekly to assess student needs.
- Participate in 68 collaborative meetings per week with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver approximately 5 targeted intervention sessions each week tailored to individual student goals.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and local education regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Massachusetts.
- Experience or interest in early childhood education and pediatric speech-language services.
- Certification of clinical competence (CCC) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.
