Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Are you a licensed Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy? Our client in near Wrentham, MA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician for a 13+ week contract with potential to hire. This is a great chance to join a supportive team and gain experience in a high-volume, closed-door LTC environment.

Position Details:

• Term: 13+ weeks, contract to hire

• Start Date: ASAP

• Facility Type: Closed-door LTC

• Volume: ~600 prescriptions per day

• Software System: Frameworks (training provided if needed)

Shifts:

• Monday Friday: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM OR 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (one weekend per month)

• Open to other shifts if candidate prefers

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications in appropriate packaging (blister packs, unit-dose) for timely delivery to residents.

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, ensuring proper storage and expiration monitoring.

• Maintain accurate patient and medication records.

• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, supporting pharmacists and the pharmacy team.

Requirements:

• Active and clear MA Pharmacy Technician License

• PTCB Certification

• Previous pharmacy experience

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment

Pay:

• Certified Techs: $21+

• Non-Certified: $18+
