Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year, specifically supporting our middle school students in Plaistow, NH. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analytic services, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide full student services, including direct and indirect behavior analytic support to middle school students.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized positive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA findings.

Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior intervention strategies and data collection.

Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school personnel to promote a consistent and supportive approach to behavior management.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.

Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school meetings as a behavior expert.
Caseload:

Exclusively focused on supporting middle school students.
Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the middle school level.

Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application in an educational setting.
Preferred Qualification:

Onsite presence is preferred for this role to facilitate direct student interaction and collaboration with school staff.
