Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year, specifically supporting our middle school students in Plaistow, NH. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analytic services, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full student services, including direct and indirect behavior analytic support to middle school students.

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized positive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA findings.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior intervention strategies and data collection.

  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school personnel to promote a consistent and supportive approach to behavior management.

  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school meetings as a behavior expert.

Caseload:

  • Exclusively focused on supporting middle school students.

Requirements:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the middle school level.

  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application in an educational setting.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Onsite presence is preferred for this role to facilitate direct student interaction and collaboration with school staff.
