Salary: $70,000$80,000 annually + Annual Bonus

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of our Boston area location. This role is perfect for an experienced leader with a deep appreciation for fine food and hospitality, and a strong track record of managing teams in a high-end retail or caf environment. The General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a customer-first culture, and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail and caf staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Ensure all products and services meet our high standards for quality and presentation
- Hire, train, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Monitor financial performance and manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local strategies with overall brand goals
- Represent the brand with professionalism and passion in the local community
Qualifications:
- Minimum 35 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or foodservice
- Passion for artisan chocolate, fine foods, and luxury customer experiences
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
