Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience through excellent service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as necessary.
  • Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and encourage teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and confidently complete daily financial reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or customer service is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
