Ford Mobile Service Technician – $20- 30/hr. depending on experience | No Weekends
Holyoke, MA | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | No nights or weekends
Marcotte Ford, a proud family-owned dealership in Holyoke, is looking for an Entry- to Mid-Level Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service Team! This is a great opportunity to take your express-level skills on the road and represent Marcotte Ford directly at customer locations. You’ll work from a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service van performing on-site maintenance and light repairs while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations, including:
- Oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations and replacements
- Battery testing and replacement
- Wiper blades, light bulbs, and minor repairs
- Ford recalls and software updates
- Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings with the Service Team
- Maintain an organized, fully stocked service vehicle
- Ensure professional, customer-focused interactions during every visit
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of automotive experience (Ford experience a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills for repair documentation
- Mobile Service Truck is fully stocked with all necessary tools
- Ford certifications or training a plus
