Location: Worcester, MA (Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $27–28/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our team supporting provider relations and network operations. This role involves coordinating onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for healthcare providers participating in a public health program. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working with data and documentation, and be comfortable collaborating across teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding and maintenance of providers in our network.
- Coordinate and track required paperwork, forms, and internal approvals.
- Serve as a point of contact for provider questions and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and updates across systems.
- Help resolve provider-related concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
- Educate providers and their staff about program requirements, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to internal reports and special projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort with standard office software and internal databases.
- Ability to learn and explain policies and procedures clearly.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or administrative support is a plus.
