A leading educational institution in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with moderate to severe behavioral needs. This contract position offers an opportunity to work within an Early Childhood through Grade 5 setting, delivering evidence-based interventions and behavioral support to help students thrive in their academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with moderate to severe behavioral challenges
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in intervention strategies
• Maintain professional documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with current registration
• Experience working with Early Childhood and Grades K-5 populations
• Ability to manage a caseload focused on moderate to severe behavioral difficulties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and team members
• Ability to work under supervision while demonstrating initiative and flexibility
