Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at an elementary school in Quincy, MA. This contract role runs through the current school year with the opportunity to work approximately 32.5 to 35 hours per week. The program focuses on supporting students with severe behaviors, and ongoing BCBA supervision is provided to ensure effective intervention and support.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting students within the classroom setting to promote positive behavioral outcomes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators and behavioral specialists to maintain a safe and structured learning environment.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working in a school setting, preferably with severe behavior challenges
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: Quincy, MA (Elementary School)

This contract position starts as soon as possible and extends through June 2026. Candidates should be prepared to contribute effectively in a fast-paced educational environment serving students with significant behavioral needs.
