We are seeking a dedicated GMP Cleaner for the 3rd shift from 8pm to 4:30am, Monday through Friday. This position transitions to a union role after 90 days. As a GMP Cleaner, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitized GMP environment to control contamination and support manufacturing operations. This requires strict compliance with GMP standards, establishing cleaning protocols, and adhering to SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine GMP-level cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
- Vacuum all floors using cleanroom-rated vacuums.
- Damp mop floors using approved disinfectants and cleanroom-rated equipment, following cleanroom procedures.
- Wipe and clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces, including doors, frames, glass, and partitions using Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).
- Pull and replace tacky mats; clean under mats thoroughly.
- Damp dust ceiling air conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, registers, and other ventilation components.
- Clean floor surfaces as needed according to GMP protocols.
- Complete all GMP documentation with accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Familiarity with documentation, inventory management, SOP, EHS, and PPE.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily a cleanroom setting within a newly constructed 120,000 square foot building, complete with office and event space. The facility is designed to support the manufacture of PriMatrix® and SurgiMend®, which are tissue technologies used in wound care, hernia repair, and breast reconstruction.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Braintree, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
