The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group (2-4 clients) exercise instruction to clients of all age groups and abilities. The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Scheduling appointments and managing accounts for existing clients
- Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Conducting initial consultations
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
- Keeping the studio up to our high standards of cleanliness
If you would like to inspire and empower people to enjoy the strength, wed love for you to consider joining our team! We are looking for coaches with flexible availability, but must be available at least two Saturday mornings (8am-2pm) per month, and some early mornings starting at 6am.
