Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive district team in Andover, just 15 minutes from Lawrence,for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a K-12 ASD population with moderate behaviors. The ideal candidate will bring school-based experience, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for supporting students in achieving success.
Position Details:

Location: Andover, MA (15 minute drive from Lawrence, MA)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:15am3:15pm

Hours: 35 hours/week

Dates: 8/25/2025 6/18/2026

Caseload: K-12 ASD population with moderate behaviors
Requirements:

Active BCBA license

Previous school-based experience
