We're a 48-Bed Residential Treatment facility located in Plymouth, NH. Our agency serves individuals with substance use disorder in need of residential treatment services. As a reputable organization committed to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Facilities Maintenance Team Member.

Join Our Team

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our facilities team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.

Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Previous work experience in facilities management and/or landscaping is preferred.
• Ability to use lawn mowers, snow blowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers, plus use of small tractors on the property.
• Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to use use a motor vehicle for work.
• The ability to use power tools, including drills and saws.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment, then make basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain the grounds of the property, including lawn care, landscaping projects, and snow removal in the winter.
• Oversee service contractors when outside professional services are needed, such as licensed plumbing and electrical work.
• Perform safety checks of the facility, such as ensuring fire alarms are functional.

Pay: This is a full-time position with a full benefits package scheduled for 40 hours a week with a pay range of 18.00 to 22.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
