Job Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance with homemaking tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate and follow up with supervisor and co-workers regarding patient needs, care, or concerns
- Promote positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
- Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a direct care setting
- CPR Certified
- Have dependable transportation, current driver’s license and auto insurance
