Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Derry, NH (High School setting)Additional assignment: K-8 Case Manager in Pittsfield, NHPosition type: Contract, full-time (35 hours/week)Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special education needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Manage case files and coordinate related services for K-8 students in the additional assignment
- Provide direct instruction and intervention to students with diverse learning needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for the assigned grade levels
- Proven experience in special education, including case management for K-8 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with families
