Qualifications Needed:

A Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters degree is a plus)

Massachusetts Special Education certification (or eligibility)

Experience working with students with disabilities in K-12 settings

Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork

Proficient in creating and managing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
