Job DescriptionPay: $17.00 per hourLocation: Springfield, MAShift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMJob description: We are recruiting a Production Worker to assist in the production, packaging and shipping of spare parts. The Production Worker will be responsible for monitoring lines, maintaining quality and productivity as well as assisting with keeping production equipment in a state of good repair.
Production Workers must be able to work with multiple moving parts, interact positively with other employees and machines, be accurate and observant, and show strong attention to detail in order to complete required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality work.
- Follow directions and complete production work in a timely manner.
- Meet production quotas.
- Follow security procedures to prevent theft and damage to company items.
- Be on time for work shifts.
- Be on time for meetings and maintain required level of professionalism.
- Work with quality control department to monitor for quality issues and make corrections in a timely manner.
