Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time school-based clinician opportunity is available in Springfield, MA, serving high school students. The clinician will provide social, emotional, and behavioral support through a flexible drop-in model, managing a caseload of approximately 24 students. This role requires a masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with prior school-based experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual counseling sessions focused on social and emotional learning
  • Facilitate small group support activities to address behavioral and emotional challenges
  • Provide crisis intervention and management as needed within the school setting
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student well-being and academic success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sessions and interventions

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
  • Experience working as a clinician in a school environment
  • Strong skills in individual and group counseling with high school students
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining flexibility in a drop-in model
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Location: Springfield, MA High School setting
Contract Term: Current school year through June 25, 2026
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Interview Process: Conducted via Zoom (1530 minutes)
