Salary: $65,000–$75,000
Schedule: 1st Shift • Monday–Friday • Start as early as 6:00 AM

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing company. This role is ideal for current lead workers, team leads, or quality techs who have food industry experience and are ready to step into a supervisory position. If you have a solid, stable work history and want to grow into leadership, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production, ensures product quality, and supports a safe, efficient work environment. This position offers strong growth potential, including future opportunities to attend industry trade shows and expand leadership responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- Food manufacturing experience is REQUIRED
(Bakery, bread, or general food production strongly preferred)
- Stable work history — no job jumpers
- 3–5 years of experience in a lead, quality, or production role
- HACCP or food quality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Desire to grow within the company (not a short-term or retirement role)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations on 1st shift
- Ensure food safety, quality, and HACCP standards are met
- Train, coach, and mentor production team members
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Occasional travel to trade shows (as needed)

- $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience
