• Join forces with colleagues, striving to achieve shared production milestones and timelines.
• Promptly communicate any process corrections or concerns to your lead.
• Embrace training sessions aimed at skill enhancement and technology integration.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• High school graduation or equivalent is preferable; your drive for excellence will speak volumes.
• Previous hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial, but we'll teach you the ropes.
• An eye for detail and fidelity to guide-driven production principles is pivotal.
• Excels in collaborative team environments.
• Proficient hand-eye coordination and quick manual skills.
