Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Duration: February 2026 – July 15, 2026 (6 months)
Compensation: $10,000-12,000 per month, depending on experience
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Greater Host City Area to include RI); occasional regional travel required

Position Summary:
The Senior Security Manager, Celebrations & Fan Services will lead the planning, coordination, and operational delivery of security across all Boston 26 celebration zones, FIFA Fan Festival, public viewing areas, Fan marches, and associated public activation spaces.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, security management, emergency management or another related field
• 5-10 years of management and leadership experience in major event security and public safety planning
• Experience working with New England public safety partners preferred
