Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management. This role supports a K-12 caseload within a school environment located in Enfield, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), special education staff, and other team members.
- Support students in developing social, communication, and learning skills.
- Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school-based settings.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
- Ability to collect accurate data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to student success.
