A dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought to provide essential behavioral support in a K-12 school setting in Boston, MA. This contract position will cover maternity leave from September to November 2025, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives during this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide both direct and consultative behavioral support to students, educators, and staff.
- Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving student behavior and learning outcomes.
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in effective behavior management strategies.
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure appropriate support services are provided.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field such as Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Active BCBA license in Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
