LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a technology company in Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Contracts Paralegal to assist their team on a contract basis.
This position is fully remote. Eastern time zone preferred. Full-time – 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
· Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting customer and supplier agreements including SaaS, software agreements, and PaaS
· Updating templates
· Uploading and managing contracts in the contracts management system
· Providing customer service
· Managing projects and tracking deadlines
· Creating reports
· Collaborating with business teams, sales, managers, vendors, legal department, and outside counsel
Requirements:
· 8+ years of contracts management experience in a technology company
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, graduate degree a plus
· Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
· Great organizational skills
The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $50 and $85 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $85.00 per hour
