We currently have this shift available: Weekend Shift 1 Saturday - Monday, (3 12-hour shifts) 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

YOUR OBJECTIVE

You ensure accurate pulling, staging, and replenishment of garments; achieving daily output goals across all individual pullers and replenishers.

YOUR JOB

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• You train and supervise pullers in effectively pulling garments accurately
• You train and supervise replenishers in effectively replenishing pick bin locations
• You ensure strict adherence to pulling and replenishment best practices and process
• You ensure output target goals are hit across all pullers and replenishers
• You assign batches to pullers, ensuring they always have batches on deck
• You effectively work in concert with other team leaders in a respectful and professional manner, including when cross-training and cross-working of staff is needed
• You clearly and effectively communicate issues immediately to Management in a professional manner
• You ensure end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities are completed on and around the dryers and pick/pack stations
• You maintain a neat, organized, clean and safe work environment

• You document and report all injuries (work-related and other) within 24 hours to Management
• You painlessly and effortlessly stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, push and pull continuously
• You regularly lift heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently
• You perform additional tasks as directed by Management

Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications

• You speak and write basic English
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have at least one year of supervisory experience in a production environment
• You effectively use MS Office suite, especially Excel
