Experience & Licensing RequirementsLicensed Electrician

3+ years of residential electrical experience

Journeyman Electrician license preferred
Lead HVAC Installer

3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
-
Boiler experience strongly preferred
Install Coordinator

Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical operations support preferred

Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
Background, Driving & Compliance Requirements

Background check required

CORI check required
-
Must pass a strict driver insurability check through Arbella
-
Valid driver’s license required for field roles
Physical & Job Requirements (Electrician & Installer Roles)
Candidates must be able to:
-
Work comfortably on ladders ranging from 4’–32’
-
Occasionally work at heights of 15’ or more
-
Lift up to 50 lbs independently
-
Lift heavier items with assistance and company-provided tools
-
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow
-
Spend extended periods standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
CompensationElectrician & Lead HVAC Installer

$35–$60 per hour, based on experience

Installer Incentive: 0.5% of monthly revenue production
Install Coordinator

Suggested Pay Range: $25–$32 per hour
(Adjustable for experience)
