As wecontinue to expand, we are looking for motivated, patient-focused providerscommitted to delivering exceptional, efficient care in a fast-paced clinicalenvironment. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation:Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 perhour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
- Generous Paid Time Off: Fiveweeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
- CME Support: Three paid CMEdays annually, with additional CME support provided.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 uponjoining the team.

Requirements:
- Current and unrestrictedMassachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Minimum of six months ofclinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparablefast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
- Excellent clinical judgment,communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work everyother weekend.
