Pharmacist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $67.57 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (8.5-hour shifts) with some overtime possible
- Onsite role at a Specialty Pharmacy in Boston, MA
Pharmacist Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional care and service to patients and providers
- Perform marketing activities with sales staff to support networking with local providers
- Oversee, train, and support technicians and interns
- Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to execute daily functions and workflow
- Support patients with chronic disease conditions such as Transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Oncology, Hepatitis C, and Autoimmune disorders
Pharmacist Requirements
- At least 1 year of RPh experience
- Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts (active license in good standing)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong ability to work well in a team environment
