We’re on the lookout for caring, committed, and energetic individuals to join us as Skills Trainers. In this role, you'll support amazing adults with autism in developing real-world skills and achieving personal goals — all while building a meaningful career in a mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Help participants crush their goals outlined in their Individualized Support Plans
✨ Support daily living skills – from hygiene to budgeting to grocery shopping
✨ Facilitate fun and engaging social groups
✨ Provide case management for up to three participants
✨ Track progress and keep program materials organized
✨ Build strong, positive relationships with individuals, families, and your team
What You’ll Bring:
✅ A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
✅ A heart for helping others, and 1–2 years of experience in human services, education, or autism support
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
✅ Willingness to complete RBT training within 90 days and start the certification process within 6 months

Physical Requirements:
We’re a dynamic team, so you’ll need to be ready to move, run, lift, and assist participants physically when needed. Safety training is provided!
