We are a MSP in Waltham, MA.
Qualifications:
- 1- Proficiency at desktop, server, and network support – should have complete understanding of firewalls, servers, networks, and desktops.
- 2- Ability to communicate effectively, follow procedures, and show up on time every day.
- 3- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- 4- Knowledge of virtualization, office 365, Active Directory, VPN.
- 5- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- 6- Have a reliable car
Responsibilities:
- performs on-site installation, of Computers, Firewalls, Switches and repair of technical equipment, software, at client locations. (all clients in Massachusetts)
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- This position is mostly in the office in Waltham, MA
