Overview:
We’re hiring a dedicated RN Unit Manager for a 9-week contract in Concord, NH. This role is ideal for an experienced registered nurse with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
• Act as a leader and resource for clinical problem-solving
Requirements:
Active RN license (NH or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred
BLS certification (required)
