Compensation: LPN $40/hour & RN $43/hour + shift differentials up to $6/hour

Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing in the comprehensive implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing C.N.A.s to guarantee high-quality care is consistently provided
  • Administering medications, conducting skilled nursing assessments, and providing treatments
  • Demonstrating proficiency in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care
  • Maintaining accurate skilled care documentation
  • Engaging proactively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external providers

Qualifications:

  • Current RN/LPN license to practice in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience and/or a strong interest in working with older adults
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, their families, colleagues, and other staff
  • In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases
