Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Case Manager opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Nashua, NH, serving students from kindergarten through ninth grade. This contract position offers a dynamic environment working with a manageable caseload of approximately 12-14 students, primarily in small group settings focused on reading, writing, and math.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective educational plans
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to tailor instruction to student needs
  • Facilitate small group instruction aimed at improving literacy and numeracy skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress and program effectiveness

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Special Education Teacher for K-12
  • Experience with case management and supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
