LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a Boston-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This position can be primarily remote with occasional meetings.

Responsibilities:

· Provide advice on all aspects of estate planning and administration

· Draft legal documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives

· Consult with clients on tax planning

· Manage the estate administration process

Requirements:

· 3+ years of recent trusts and estates experience

· Active license in good standing (MA preferred)

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent drafting skills

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $75 and $85 per hour, depending on experience.



Pay Details: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour
