To provide clinical guidance, supervision and support of the behavioral health
team comprehensive therapeutic services to children, youth and families consistent with state regulations and guidelines. This position is the lead/facilitator of the multidisciplinary approach to the integration of
Behavioral Health practices into the Residential environment. This position must work with a variety of in-house departments as well as with stakeholders across the state. This position ensures Spaulding is delivering quality work, in a timely manner and using the most up-to-date techniques to provide our children and their families the best opportunity to succeed and continue to grow.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field that allows for clinical therapy with youth and family. Doctorate preferred. State of NH clinical certification or license, preferred; or Doctoral Level Psychologist. Relevant work experience and/or internship experience with similar population preferred
SCHEDULE: This is a full time position where the hours are flexible in that it meets the needs of the student and the family. It is the expectation that there will be clinical coverage during the evening hours to support the residential students, and this individual may need to fill in without prior notice
