Responsibilities
What You'll Do as a Canyon Ranch Colleague:

Inspire, coach, and develop Wellness Guides to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Canyon Ranch vision.

Design and lead engaging onboarding and continuing education sessions to build confidence and deepen service knowledge.

Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching by observing guest interactions and celebrating successes.

Collaborate with Wellness Guide leadership to maintain high team performance, adjust staffing needs, and support day-to-day operations.

Keep training materials, departmental procedures, and communication resources current—ensuring every colleague is informed and empowered.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the same or a related field.

Demonstrated knowledge of the position and industry.

Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent education.

Completion of specialized training in coaching, education, social work, or counseling.
-
Specialized training may include wellness or life coaching, teaching, social services, or counseling.
Pay Range: $24.52 - $29.81
