Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with ICU experience
- Valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required upfront)
- Ability to maintain a 2:1 patient ratio in a 10-bed unit
- Experience handling diverse patient populations, from adolescents to geriatrics
- Flexibility to work with minimal requested time off during the assignment (up to 5 days maximum)
- Willingness to work under a strict scheduling policy without block scheduling or other accommodations
- Must be located more than 50 miles from Claremont, NH (local residents within 50 miles are not eligible)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality intensive care to critically ill patients
- Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
