Location: Amherst, NH
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off!)
Training: Conducted on 1st ShiftPosition OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Amherst, NH! This role is key to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and leading a talented team to success. You’ll combine your leadership and communication skills to coach, mentor, and guide employees — all while keeping operations efficient and safe.If you’re an energetic leader who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making a real impact, we want to meet you!Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operators to meet daily manufacturing goals.
- Assign machine operations, setups, and material changes to ensure efficient production of elastomeric diaphragms.
- Monitor production quality, address issues promptly, and ensure rejected parts are documented properly.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, coordinating with engineering when needed.
- Schedule and plan shift activities to maximize productivity and personnel effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees to reach their full potential.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
- Complete and review production documentation with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Handle minor machine adjustments, process monitoring, and emergency responses as required.
Additional Duties
- Maintain building security, including opening/closing the facility and verifying equipment shutdown/startup.
- Manage deliveries and material receipts as needed.
- Keep all work areas clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required — strong communication skills in both languages.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Technical aptitude with hands-on mechanical experience a plus.
- Ability to train, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety.
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift and train on 1st shift as needed.
