Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) specializing in Early Childhood and Grades K-5 to support students with moderate to severe behavioral needs. This contract role is based in Lee, MA, within a school setting. Supervision is provided to ensure effective service delivery and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Work directly with students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and supervisors to support individualized goals
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with Early Childhood and K-5 student populations
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention techniques
- Ability to manage moderate to severe caseloads with appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
