Superior Environmental Services is a full-service open shop specialty service contractor providing Asbestos Abatement, Mold & Water Damage Services, Lead Remediation, PCB Removal and Hazardous Materials handling.

We are looking for a reliable General Labor Abatement Field Technician. You will be responsible for removal of asbestos, mold, lead and/or other hazardous waste removal as well as some basic demolition and construction, while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation while overseeing job set-up and quality control.

Location: Various Job sites located in MA, NH, RI

Job Responsibilities:

• Hazardous material containment and clean-up
• Healthcare Facility bio-hazard clean-up
• Asbestos removal/abatement
• Mold Remediation
• Lead Abatement

Qualifications:

• MA Asbestos worker license is required or ability to acquire.
  
• NH Asbestos worker license is required or ability to acquire.
  
• RI Asbestos worker license is required or ability to acquire.
  
• Prior general labor experience is a plus.
• Construction field experience or additional experience in related work; lead abatement or industrial cleaning, is preferred.

• Bilingual a plus (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
  
• Must be 18 years or older.
  
• Must be able to work in, on, around, over and under equipment and machinery.
  
• Must be able to work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
  
• Must be able to lift heavy weighted materials/equipment (50 70+ lbs.).
  
• Must be able to work in adverse or extreme weather conditions.
  
• Must be able to wear and work in personnel protective equipment.
  
• Must have a vehicle or reliable means of transportation to and from jobsite.
  
• Must have high regard for safety in the workplace.
  
• Good attitude: must work well with others and take direction.
  
• Must be responsible and punctual.
