We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services in our Women's Recovery Program in Leominster, MA. The Women's Recovery Program provides a voluntary women's residential program for the treatment of a substance use disorder and co-occurring enhanced disorder(s) that run three to six months. This position reports to the Director of the Women's Recovery Program and guides a dedicated team, ensures evidence-based care, and helps women build strong foundations for recovery.
Essential Duties Include:
- Develop and oversee resident educational and clinical programs.
- Provide individual and group supervision to counselors, case managers, and recovery specialists.
- Train and mentor staff in evidence-based practices for addiction and mental health.
- Maintain compliance with state and program standards.
- Build strong community connections and advocate for residents.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- LICSW or LMHC preferred
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC-I) or other LPHA credentials preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment.
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills.
- Passion for empowering women in recovery.
Actual compensation within the pay range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills.
