Position: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Schedule: 3rd Shift | [Insert Days]
Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00/hour based on experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Independently perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment (Extruders, Mixers, Dryers, Pumps, Compressors, Pelletizers, etc.)

Diagnose and replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts (switches, sensors, starters, etc.)

Maintain accurate maintenance records in CEBOS or physical files

Use and program PLCs to troubleshoot and monitor systems

Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks

Test, inspect, and calibrate equipment for operational readiness

Respond to maintenance work orders and complete them in the tracking system

Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and safety procedures
-
Use hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment as needed

Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays

Handle emergencies such as equipment failure, fire/burglar alarms, HVAC issues, power outages, snow removal, and more
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

Associate degree in Electronics preferred

2-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Technical school or trade certification is a plus

Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 79, and OSHA standards

Knowledge of AC/DC drive systems and pneumatics

Ability to read safety rules, SOPs, manuals, and SDS sheets
