As a Radiology X-Ray Tech on assignment, your primary responsibilities include positioning patients accurately, selecting appropriate exposure factors, operating X-ray equipment with precision, and ensuring image quality for fast and reliable interpretation. You'll adhere to radiation safety standards, minimize patient discomfort, manage workflows to meet demand, document exams, and communicate clearly with radiologists, nurses, and other caregivers. You'll also have opportunities to expand into related modalities and assume mentorship or leadership responsibilities as you grow. The program offers competitive compensation: weekly pay in the range of $2,497 to $2,649, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a start date of 12/08/2025 for multi-week engagements.
