Seeking a Physical Therapist for a K-12 school setting in Lawrence, MA, to support student health and mobility throughout the academic calendar year (NSY). This contract position offers an opportunity to apply specialized physical therapy skills within a dynamic educational environment, assisting students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, interventions, and treatments tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and school healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and school personnel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and school policies.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in school-based therapy.
• Familiarity with pediatric populations and developmental milestones.
• Knowledge of educational environments and ability to work within a school team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and work effectively with diverse student needs.
