Pay Rate of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer:
$55/hr
Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance standards and procedures for product inspection and testing.
- Conduct experiments and audits to evaluate product and process characteristics.
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis to resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present quality performance metrics to support program reviews.
Qualifications of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-4 years of related experience.
- Prior experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing support.
- FDA and ISO audit experience preferred.
- Green Belt/Black Belt proficiency or CQE desired.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Minitab, Tableau, or PowerBI.
