Position Title: Travel PACU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Day | 5×8-hour shifts
Travel Pay Range: $70–$75/hr
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Travel PACU RN to deliver safe, high-quality post-anesthesia and post-operative care. This role includes monitoring patient recovery, managing medications, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong critical-care skills and a focus on patient safety are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive post-anesthesia and post-op nursing care

Monitor vital signs, recovery status, and respond to changes promptly

Document all assessments and interventions accurately and timely

Update individualized care plans
-
Communicate effectively with physicians and care team members
-
Serve as Charge Nurse when needed
-
Adhere to all safety and infection control standards

Support orientation and training of nursing staff
-
Participate in required meetings and ongoing education
Required Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
-
Active Massachusetts RN license
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
-
Skills in IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator care
-
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU, CVICU, ER, CVPA, or SDC/PACU experience (within the last 5 years)

Ability to participate in on-call rotations

Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

BSN
-
Recent PACU or Same Day Care experience (within the last 5 years)
