Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice located 15 miles southwest of Boston in Norwood, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records, and have a strong commitment to serving our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice of 6 providers and manage your own panel of patients. At Revere Medical, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a highly collaborative medical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients

• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Promote health education and disease prevention

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts

• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role

• Comfortable using new technology and software

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
