Job Title: Surgical Technologist – Operating Room (General Surgery)
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Days | 5x8-hour shifts
Pay Range: $42 – $47 per hour (Local)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Surgical Technologist – Operating Room for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the operating room, equipment, and sterile instruments.

Adhere to infection control and AORN standards.

Perform scrub duties and assist with all surgical specialties.

Pass instruments, handle specimens, and maintain accurate counts.

Support patient positioning, dressings, and OR turnover.

Operate and maintain sterilization and surgical equipment.
-
Ensure patient safety, privacy, and compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology or OR Technician program.

National certification (NBSTSA) required within 12 months of graduation.

Current BLS certification required.
-
Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
