Pharmacist Hours
<ul>
<li>
M-F 8am-6pm (8 1/2 hour shifts) - potential for some OT may be required
</li>
</ul>
Pharmacist Compensation
<ul>
<li>The pay for this position is $68.00 an hour</li>
<li>Benefits are available to full-time employees</li>
<li>A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.</li>
</ul>
Pharmacist Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Accurately fill prescriptions and ensure regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional care and customer service to patients and providers.</li>
<li>Support marketing and outreach with the sales team to connect with local providers.</li>
<li>Mentor, supervise pharmacy technicians and interns, and ensure quality standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager for daily operations.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.</li>
</ul>
Pharmacist Requirements
<ul>
<li>Pharmacist License in MA</li>
<li>1 year of experience preferred</li>
</ul>
