We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant / Exercise Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to health and fitness. This is a hands-on role working directly with patients, supporting clinical care, and assisting with daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Exercise Instruction

• Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities
• Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
• Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun

SoftWave Therapy (Training Provided)

• Administer SoftWave treatments
• Educate patients on what to expect
• Track progress and document sessions

Office Support & Patient Flow

• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Assist with front-desk tasks and general workflow
• Help maintain an organized, smooth-running clinic environment

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Assist with social media content and marketing projects
• Participate in in-office promotions and patient education events
• Bring fresh ideas to help the office continue to grow

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields
• Ability to train at all fitness levels
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• A strong team player who supports growth—for the office and our patients
• Interest in exercise, fitness, rehabilitation, or wellness
• Previous experience teaching exercises or working in a health/fitness setting (preferred but not required)
